Install Norton Password Manager on Your Mobile Device

Applicable for: Android, iOS

Using the Norton Password Manager mobile app, you can access your saved logins, passwords, and other confidential and important data on the move right from your iPhone, iPad, Android smartphones, or tablets. Download and install the Norton Password Manager app on your mobile device to start accessing your Norton Password Manager data.

Note: As Norton does not know your vault password and therefore does not have access to your data, there is no possibility to restore access if you forgot your vault password. If you are still logged in on your mobile device and have fingerprint, Touch ID, or Face ID activated, you can set a new vault password on your mobile without losing your data.

Android

1. Launch the Play Store app and search for Norton Password Manager.

2. From the search results, tap Norton Password Manager.

3. Tap Install to start the installation.

4. When the installation finishes, tap Open to launch the app.

5. Read the Norton License Agreement, and then tap Continue.

6. In the Norton Password Manager screen, tap Sign In.

7. In the Norton account page, enter your email address and password and tap Sign In.

   If you do not have a Norton account, tap Create an account and follow the on-screen instructions. You can also create a Norton account using your Google, Apple, or Microsoft accounts.

8. In the screen that appears, enter the vault password and then tap Unlock.

iOS

1. Launch the App Store and search for Norton Password Manager.

2. From the search results, select Norton Password Manager, and then tap Install.

3. When the installation finishes, tap Open to launch the app.

4. Read the Norton License Agreement, and then tap Continue.

5. In the Norton Password Manager screen, tap Sign In.

6. In the Norton account page, enter your email address and password and tap Sign In.

   If you do not have a Norton account, tap Create an account and follow the on-screen instructions. You can also create a Norton account using your Google, Apple, or Microsoft accounts.

7. In the screen that appears, enter the vault password and then tap Unlock.
